MSCRM Practice at atom’s

The atom’s  MSCRM practice, established in 2005, is a Global partner of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We are pioneers in enterprise engagement with a dedicated center of excellence. Our more than 200 consultants can provide the full lifecycle services starting from Consultancy to implementation and support for CRM engagement.

We have implemented more than 30 full lifecycle projects in multiple geographies and in multiple verticals. We are especially proud of our offerings in Insurance, Financial services, Telecommunication, Travel and Logistics and Energy & Utilities.

Our partnership with Microsoft extends to joint solution development and joint GTM in select geographies. We are also empanelled in Microsoft Solution Factory.

Our Initiative with Microsoft

We have co-developed a motor vehicle solution, based on MSCRM with Microsoft. The solution titled “MOVES” (Motor Vehicles Enterprise system) is a comprehensive solution, developed for a public sector customer. The solution provides a 360 degree view of the customer, constant interaction between components such as vehicle services, driver services, inventory management, financial management and administration.
